Plans: Starter $9.95 / month (100 credits, 1 shop, 5 GB), Studio $29.95 (300 credits, 3 shops, 20 GB), Scale $79.95 (700 credits, 10 shops, 100 GB). Paid yearly they cost $99.50, $299.50 and $799.50 (two months free) and the credits still arrive every month. An extra pack is 100 credits for $10.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial and 25 credits (once per account). A card is needed; the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Choose a plan from the account menu (click your workspace name at the bottom of the menu, or ⚙ on a phone) → Upgrade plan.
- AI image generation uses credits; the cost is shown before you start (1–8 credits per image depending on quality and size).
- Print files, mockups and Etsy drafts do not use credits during the beta.
- Plan credits expire at the end of each month; pack credits after 12 months. The credits that expire first are used first.
- If something fails because of us, the credits are not charged or are returned.
Changing or cancelling
Billing → Open customer portal: change plan (an upgrade adds the extra credits straight away), update your card, download invoices, or cancel. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund partial periods.
