You sign in with Google or with a six-digit code we e-mail to you; both open the same account when the address is the same. For extra protection, turn on two-step verification in Settings and keep the recovery codes somewhere safe.
Settings → Your data → Download all my data gives you a ZIP with your products, listings, research, credit history and every file.
Close my account signs you out, disconnects your shops and stops renewal. Your content is deleted 30 days later; billing records are kept as the law requires. Write to support within the 30 days if you change your mind.
E-mail: we send service messages (billing, security, support answers) and, unless you turn them off in Settings, credit reminders.
