- “The image worker is starting…” — the first render after a quiet period takes up to a minute. Try again shortly.
- A render failed — open the package and press Retry; if it fails again, send us a request from Help.
- Etsy rejected a file or attribute — the message names the field; fix it in the listing editor and press Resume.
- Not enough credits — see Billing for a pack or a larger plan.
- Something looks wrong everywhere — check the status page (status link in the footer).
When you contact support, error messages include a short reference (ref …). Mention it so we can find the exact request.
