Send to Etsy as draft creates the listing as a draft, uploads images and download files, sets category attributes, then reads everything back from Etsy and compares it with what you approved. The check table shows each item.
Publish on Etsy… asks for your confirmation and publishes only that exact draft. If you change the listing afterwards, approve again.

If Etsy did not answer in time, we do not retry blindly (that could create a duplicate listing). We look for the draft in your shop first; if we cannot match it safely, we ask you to check it on Etsy and press Resume.
