Media (left menu) keeps images and videos you use across listings, such as a shop video or an image about printing.
- Images: JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB. Videos: MP4 or MOV, up to 100 MB; Etsy shows one video per listing and recommends 5–15 seconds.
- Add them on a product's Pictures step (for a set, in the listing section of its page): click an image under “From your media library”, then drag it into place among the mockups. The first image is the cover on Etsy and on the product card.
- Choose the listing video under “Listing video”. It is uploaded to Etsy after the images.
- Deleting a file removes it from listings you saved; Etsy listings already made keep their copy. Files count towards your plan's storage.
