On Mockups, filter by orientation (portrait, landscape) and show all scenes or only your favourites. The ★ on a scene marks it as a favourite.
When you prepare a product's files, only your favourite scenes with the product's orientation are offered and the first three are chosen. “Show all” lists every scene. With no favourites, every scene is offered.
