On a product, open Print files & mockups. Choose the ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 1:1, ISO A sizes) and check the crop for each. Files are made at 300 PPI for the largest size the image supports.
“Native” never enlarges your artwork. If you want bigger print sizes, enlarge the image with your own upscaler and upload it with “Upload upscaled version”, or approve enlargement explicitly.
Mockups
On the Mockups page, upload a photo of a room, drag the four corners onto the frame, and confirm you have the right to use the photo. Your mockups are private to your workspace.
